We provide on/off ramp services for assets beyond the Stellar network, with a particular focus on XRP.
Using our Anchor service, you can seamlessly transfer XRP between the Stellar network and the Ripple network.
Other tokens have not gained sufficient traction and are therefore not listed here.
The Anchor service is a bridge connecting the Stellar network with other blockchains . It allows users to convert other crypto assets or tokens into digital assets on the Stellar network, and vice versa.
Now we support SEP-0006, and most wallet services (e.g., Lobstr) provide good support for it.
For deposits:Through the wallet UI or by directly accessing the API, you will receive a Ripple address and a DestinationTag (DT, also referred to as a memo by some exchanges). Simply fill them out correctly in your self-custody wallet or exchange. For example:
rJnUXy7x3RW58Kien2eFtZEY2Pa3HBvpQ2
123456789
Simply fill out the form provided by the wallet UI. For example:
XRP
if the wallet doesn't autofill this field
rJnUXy7x3RW58Kien2eFtZEY2Pa3HBvpQ2
Your self-custody wallet address or the address provided by the exchange
10
The amount you wish to withdraw. If it's a new address, please withdraw 2 or more XRP.
123456789
Enter the DT. If transferring to an exchange, this is usually required.
Entering the Stellar network is free of charge.
For withdrawals back to the original network (Ripple network), the fee is 0.1% (or 1‰), plus a fixed fee of 0.01 XRP.
Tip: If you withdraw an amount greater than 10 XRP in whole numbers, we will waive the 0.01 XRP fee to make it easier for you to calculate!
Amount | Calculation | Example In | Example Out |
---|---|---|---|
x <= 10 | x - 0.01 | 5 | 4.99 |
x > 10 | (x - 0.01) * (1 - 0.001) | 633.257172 | 632.613915 |
x > 10 (whole number) | x * (1 - 0.001) | 175 | 174.825 |
1000 | 999 |
This service features blockchain-level transparency. For every transaction, the corresponding original transaction information from the network will be included. Examples are provided below.
Outbound Transfer:This is an outbound Ripple transaction with a memo: "Stellar: 198514659732553729". The memo contains the original Stellar network operation ID, allowing you to easily trace it back to the Stellar network operation.
Inbound Transfer:This is an inbound Stellar transaction with a hash memo like "cc3037c5...bb6da48e." The memo contains the original transaction hash from the Ripple network, allowing you to easily trace it back to the Ripple network transaction.
Don't panic! Just send us an email , and we'll have your back ASAP.
We previously provided wallet for the Stellar network, which has been archived on GitHub. We plan to develop a new version of the wallet app to offer a better user experience and additional features.
